I've been dealing with this for a long time. He then said I'll say the customer is upset and put an urgent call on it. Heck, I wasn't that upset when I said it, but that was good feedback.To me, it's a continuum......1-5 5 being the freak out and get the heck out of my way with red eyes LOL.I don't know, it's been emotional torture for me, just not knowing when the thing was going to end.good news, no jury duty tomorrow...I hate saying that but I don't want to get out early in the morning......I'm to call again next Wed. night.LD
