You have several different measuring techniques for P&F.

Using the horizontal counting, you get a target of 1650.

Using the vertical method, it depends where you start the count. On the more recent price action, you get a target of 1900, although the other count comes in at 1850 (although because of the small sideways movements during the upside movement, I'd tend to take both of these with a pinch of salt).

The horizontal counting method can be extremely accurate. Because I use solely P&F for futures trading, we've used it for measuring targets on quite a few instruments.
