You know, we can argue ad infinitum about the purpose of TMF and your tone, but suffice it to say the original questioner was not a retirement plan professional, and isn't going to dig into the regs for the answer, or verification. And yes, I as a professional could have found it, but in the spirit of comity, it isn't erroneous (or lazy, or whatever) to simply ask for a specific citation, especially from one who is so adamant about their position, that it was pretty obvious you had it at your fingertips.

However, I don't like you tone - and I correct incivility every chance I get - and when it doesn't work - as is apparently the case with you - it's into the penalty box you go....
