I would not ask any questions, I would just read. Read the questions and answers. Then I would look at the Rule Maker and Rule Breaker.
I would say your set up is pretty conservative right now. Why would you want to set up bonds for imocme in IRA. I could understand it for distributions.

I think someone new would do the opposite. But perhaps they are not new. They are just thinking that the technologies are going on a ride down starting when the true impact of increasing interest rates, hit home in higher margin interest. And they are true concerns.
I would be looking for places to place that cash. It needs to be invested. Get a second option from different brokerage firm. Or talk more boldly to your new broker. Talk investment strategy and allocations first and get an agreed upon strategy and then look at your stuff and apply it.
