You should check your credit report just in case. It's unlikely that a landlord would report you for a broken lease, but it's possible. Where I live, there isn't a "landlord blacklist" but landlords do check credit reports. It's a good thing to check your credit anyway. You can get a credit report online or through the mail for $8, or for free if you have been denied credit. I have used an online credit report service called QSpace, but I think you can also get them through other sites.
