You suppose that because science reaches a conclusion about something, the power of government should THEREFORE be used to enforce the opinions of scientists. Completely irrelevant comment once more. . .This has nothing to do with political response to the facts. It has to do with suppression of the facts so that decisions must be made in ignorance.I guess some of our wingnut posters are proud to enforce ignorance in order to avoid the possibility of informed voters.That's pretty much the GOP strategy these days. Suppress the vote of all groups that might vote against you. Suppress all information that might lead people to make informed decisions you don't like. Why do Republicans hate knowledge and democracy?
