Why would you want to do that? We are rapidly getting to the point of implantable computers that replace your phone and (desktop) computer. Mechanical telepathy is the least of what will be possible.

Schools may be looking at how to block the use of such computers during tests. But why? Teachers should already be teaching how to use the information rather than testing for memorization. (For the record, I've never had any trouble learning gobs of information. I've also taught, at the graduate level, topics where memorization is useless.)
