You'd think running after my kids (two boys ages 5 and 4) would keep me in shape. The thing is, I have never been in shape. For me it isn't just about the 30 pounds, it is about getting healthy. Quitting smoking was the first step in that direction. Now onto the weightloss.

I hear you there Rebecca. I run after Ellie and the little girl I babysit during the day, but it's not enough. We need to do more. I am going to start dancing (ROCK AND ROLL ONLY!) every night for at least 15 minutes to start. I love to dance and it's a great arobic<sp?> excersise, good for the heart and burning those nasty calories.

And remember to dance like no one is watching ;)
