Your investment choices should depend on your own situation. If you're 5 years from retirement and losing any money would be a disaster, the guaranteed 5 year is your best bet. If you're 3 years from retirement, well, guaranteed 5 year is probably not for you and you'd need to go with money market. Only invest in stocks if you're going to keep the money there for a long time.
