Your local bank might have a special rate for amounts of $10,000 or above

Credit unions might also be a good place to check out. Sometimes local ones will even have better rates going on- for example, there is one here in the Dallas area which caters to locals. This sort of "community-centric" credit union has worked out good for me in the past.
