You've already got a few arrows that are likely to be fatal to your plan. Here's another. You forgot that the corporation would also pay taxes. If the corporation owned only investments, it would be subject to the personal holding company tax of 39.6% in addition to the regular corporate tax. This gets pretty onerous very quickly. You'd always be better off paying just the personal income tax than paying the PHC tax.
