Yup, that was the one - so, given that the owner passed away this year, then would it be anytime after the 1 year anniversary of death, or anytime in calendar year 2005? That's the last piece I'm not 100% clear on.

You must begin the distributions before December 31, 2006.

But - would they be able to be started as soon as 1/1/2006? (Got the year right that time, LOL!)
