How do you deal with foreign annual reports?
I'm interested in looking at Zeneca's Income and Balance Sheet in the same way recommended for Rule Makers, but am having difficulty translating the terms in the 20-F form into the same terms used on the 10-K or 10-Q forms on which the Rule Maker spreadsheet is based.

Any advice on evaluating balance sheets and income statements of foreign companies?
