ziprealty is based in my area (san francisco)
we are looking to sell our house through zip
we signed up to the online MLS email alerts (very good)
and mentioned that they could call us, cuz we're gonna
sell and buy (though probably not buy through zip)

they call all...the...time... we meant 'someday' call us
as in AFTER xmas. anyway, good to see they're on the ball
i will contact them and consider selling though them

Did you end up selling through ZipRealty? Just curious to find out how that went, and if you have any new thoughts about this company.

This company just hit my radar screen. I'm bearish on the sector, and concerned about their negative earnings. But I like the concept, and the fact that they have cash... I'm intrigued by this stock. I would definitely consider using them, if I'm ever in the market to buy (I'm in San Francisco, too, and the prices here are daunting, to say the least).
