Internet, Inc. (NBCi) -- today announced agreements valued at $75
million with HealthGate(R) Data Corp., making the company the primary
provider of health content within's Health Channel and
affording HealthGate prominent placement in select commercials
slated to air on the NBC Television Network.

HealthGate ( ), a leading provider of
Internet-based personal health and medical information, will serve as's primary anchor tenant within seven major co-branded resource
centers within the Health Channel, with topics varying from
diseases and conditions to men's health and medications.

Additionally, and HealthGate will offer co-branded direct
e-commerce offers to HealthGate members, or those online users who sign
up specifically for HealthGate content on's Health Channel.

As part of the three-year agreements, HeathGate will be featured in
select on-air advertisements designed to promote the
