What would you have done if he raised the turn? Easy fold, or call it down because he bluffs constantly

Personally, I don't understand this kind of play. You are operating on a prayer that your opponent doesn't have the A. If he doesn't, the question is whether or not he will fold. If he doesn't have it and he doesn't fold, he's a crappy player and you will get plenty of money off him when you have the obvious best hand. Since he didn't fold, how can you tell he doesn't have the A? I think you have to check or call it out here. No more bets.
