Is there a direct correlation between the % held by inst. and stock price, whereby a rising % indicates rising stock price and a falling % generally indicates a falling stock price?

Also, how accurate is this figure and how frequently does it get updated?

Conventional thinking says that analyst ratings often directly correlate to a stock's price, but I wonder if % held by inst. would be a better indicator of price movements.

(thanks in advance -kfp)
