This one?

There once was a famous piano repairman named John Operknockity who was called to a music hall to tune a piano for a large concert just hours before the scheduled performance.

He tuned the piano and left.

Then when they tried to move the piano across the stage they knocked it out of tune again.

Frantic they called him requesting he return at once to retune the piano.

He refused.

They asked why.

He replied: Operknockity only tunes once!
