These will let you search globally - you'll end up with tickers which have suffixes designating the market - eg CSL will be listed as CSL.AX.
You can build an international watchlist here - and include currencies (eg, go to the USD/AUD cross-rate http://au.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=AUDUSD=X and click on the "Add AUDUSD=X to Portfolio" button
