1) Ask your brokerage how you sell fractional shares. For example if you end up with 100.334 shares of a stock, how does your .344 shares affect you when you sell the stock? When you find out let us know the answer because I don't know how this works.

2) I'm not very precise about it, but the dividends in my account tend to cover an annual maintenance fee(boo hiss!) that they added since I opened the account.
