3. He continues to mess with her financially, interfering with her ability to care for her children and her own standing in the business/finance world, sticking her with his debts, running up her legal bills, etc. etc etc.

4. When he feels like it he makes threats.

Does anyone else think DN should have a "talk" with a bunch of people, all dressed in black (complete with ski masks) and wearing FOOL hats.

Or maybe he could wake up in bed with the steering wheel from whatever shiny new toy he's overextended himself with this time.
