Hope this is the appropriate place for this question.

I was working on my taxes in Turbotax this past Saturday, and it imported my last year's info.

I have a mutual fund that in previous years I got 1099-DIV forms on, but there wasn't one in my file folder for 2010. This means that I either:

1. Didn't get one
2. Got it and misfiled it/lost it/cat ate it

I went onto their website, and it really sucked because there was no way to see tax info, download it, etc. I tried a phone call but of course they didn't have service hours on Saturday.

I later found a 2010 qualified dividend chart online that says they issued 0.0110 per share for this particular fund, and I did manage to find my December statement that showed a dividend reinvestment of a whopping $1.45 for my shares.

So I'm guessing that maybe that wasn't significant enough to trigger a 1099-DIV being sent out? Is there a lower limit where they don't issue one?

Can I just assume that I didn't get the 1099-DIV? And thus do I not report it? Or should I assume I lost the form and just go ahead and report the $1.45? For such a tiny sum I'm sure it won't make a big impact either way financially, but I still would like things to be correct.
