The IRS site does not show availability of a 2013 Form 1040 Instructions. It only offers the 2012 Instructions & its dated release is 17 Apr 2013.

Right now I'm using the 2012 Instructions to get ballpark calculations for:

1. Taxable portion of Social Security payments (may not change Y/Y?).
2. Standard Deduction for those born before 1 Jan 1948 (I assume 2013 will be for those born 1 Jan 1949, but moot for me).

Does anybody know if there will be a 2013 Instructions for the 2013 Form 1040?

Or, will the 2012 Instructions be used for 2013 filing too?
