3rd (and I hate to say it because I am going to sound really harsh) No worky, no eaty. To many people are looking for free handouts.

Yep. Those no-goodnick 3-year-old children with irresponsible parents had better get their act together and see if the coal mines need them as canaries, otherwise, let them starve. All children always seem to be looking for free handouts, maybe because that's how humans evolved...

If you intended to have some exceptions to your "no worky, no eaty" rules, you'd better start expressing them in detail -- otherwise, it's reasonable for us to assume they apply to children, disabled people, seniors with dementia, and so on.

If and when you start admitting that SOME people (such as children, &c) shouldn't be left to starve just because they are not working, then of course things immediately become enormously complicated...
