A rookie question...In a recent post it was suggested that buying stocks when they first earn 4 stars and selling them when they reach 4.5 stars has yielded 41% annually. Any opinions on this theory? Also, how can I tell when a stock earns a half star (eg. it goes from a 4 to a 4.5 star)? Thanks in advance.
