Hello all, I am trying to educate myself on choosing 401k allocations. As part of that process, I wanted to reach out to the community and seek advice. I'm 30 years old and can take a high risk approach. I was thinking all equity. The funds available to me are FUSVX, FSEVX, TRBCX, AASOX, RERGX and ACINX.

Given this, I was thinking investing heavily in the TRBCX and AASOX option, however with 20% split into the RERGX and AXINC and 30% split into the FUSVX and FSEVX. This would expose me to domestic and international growth stocks, with 30% in stable low expense index funds.

Other options available are a time based managed fund or placing it all into an S&P Index fund.

Any advice you all can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.
