I just started my 401K in April 1999 and my personal deduction is 300.00 month. To date, my personal contribution is
2100.00 with an additional 1,050.00 in co matching. Checking with the 401k provider they have only recieved 450.00
from my company which leaves my fund about 2700.00 short.

I know there is no time limit for a company to post company matching within a year, but is there a time limit the
employer has to pay personal deductions to the plan?

It seems to me SOMEONE has my money and is making something..thing is...its not ME!
