I have a 401k and contribute 7%/week ( I take full advantage of employer match)
I have a Roth that I fund as I can, never can I contribute the max allowed /year

Spouse has Roth, we also try to fund that one as we can.

Spouse now has option for a 403b..we just asked for the info, so not sure of investments options yet.
I don't believe there is a employer match in the 403b.

Should spouse start contributing to 403b or would it be the same( and less paperwork) if I just upped the contribution level of my 401k.
