I have been a faithful contributor to my 403b for 16 years. Now I am hearing something about 457 plans being similar, but more liberal in their withdrawl criteria. Can you pull money before the normal 403b age?

Are these as readily available as a 403b plan? We currently invest in our plan through no-load funds approved through our school district. What would we have to do to make a 457 plan available?

Anything else I should know about this?
