My wife has a 403(b) through the school she works for. She has been with General American for years. They are now being bought out (that's my understanding) by MetLife. I have recently heard that she would be better off moving to either Fidelity or Vanguard. Has anyone here had much experience with either and which offers the best return with the lowest fees.
