So I have only been in a 403b for about 6 months- got stuck at first in a variable annuity- a little research convinced me to get out of that- suffer some maintenance and surrender charges into a custodial acoount with Fidelity- which seems to work OK- sticking to Spartan US Index, and their Select Computers fund- it is self-directing in the sense that I can exchange between funds---BUT ideally I'd like to be investing in stocks... is this possible within a 403b?? If so where can I get more information?? Is it up to my school to set that up??

Thanks if you know anything about this or could just point me in the right direction...

Alexis
