I just baked some pumpkin seeds for Art and Bonnie. I didn't know they are supposed to be immune boosting. Nice to know.

Lean beef

We ate burritos over at Vangie's house this evening. She made pinto beans the other night and they never got tender so I took them home and put them in the Vita-mix and kept pushing them down into the blades and it finally made the pinto beans nice and mushy so we could put them on burritos. I also made Spanish Rice and we had shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, salsa, chips, etc. Vangie made a pumpkin pie for dessert but I was too full so she sent me home with a piece for tomorrow. I'll probably eat it for breakfast.
