Does anyone know of a 529 program that offers:

a S&P500 Index Fund

does not charge fees to start/redeem/outofstate

I apologize if I could've found this by reading it somewhere in the boards, but I'm relegated to a sloooooooow dialup and it's painful................ Thank you for your indulgence!

I found Vanguard's 500 @ virginia's plan, but they had some hefty fees over there in VA. . . . . . . .

If there's a nifty site somewhere, that would be helpful too. . . . . . .
