Info on your 2 points: 1. Folks who purchase through the Direct Purchase Program (DRP) don't really get a 2%. Instead, GTII averages the last 5 days of its closing price and then takes 98% of that price. So, on first glance, it looks like a 2% discount, but given flucuations in price, you really don't get one (unless it doesn't move for 5 days!). 2. The following announcement was made which gives an Internet address. I visited the site and it didn't have anything.
