My experience with Waterhouse is mixed. One time they transfered $12K of someone else's mutual fund into my account and then a week later took it away! Makes me wonder...

Also, tranfering mutual funds from Jack White to Waterhouse has taken 5 weeks so far and only 2 out of the 3 mutual funds have been transfered so far, even though I did all three on the same transfer form. And all three still exist at Jack White!

By the way, Waterhouse now owns Jack White.
