A couple of problems I see with Johnson & Johnson (whose DRP I own). There may be good reasons for these numbers, but it is something to look into. On Dec '97 balance sheet, they are expecting more than 10% of their accounts recievable not to be paid. Why is this so high? My other concern is their flow ratio, stood at 1.45. I am new to analyzing balance sheets, but these numbers don't seem to be good for the company. Any comments or corrections are welcome. |
