Jeff,

I worked in customer service at Wells Fargo for two-and-a-half years. Report the questionable transaction to your bank. If things are the same where you are and haven't changed much in the last five years, the bank will take your dispute and gather all information about it: signatures, items purchased. They should then show all the documentation to you and you can know whether or not you made the transaction. I only dealt with ATM disputes, but I can't see this being much different.
