FoolishProf asks:

<<I am planning to retire in two years from a professoring job. In addition to my 403b, I also have a SEP IRA. Can the SEP IRA receive my 403b assets when I execute a custodian to custodian transfer (i.e. rollover)?>>

Yes, it can provided you don't care if the 403b money can ever again be transferred to the 403b plan of a future employer. If that's a concern to you, then the transfer should be to a separate IRA.
