I BOUGHT A TICKET TO AMSTERDAM FROM EXPEDIA.COM. FOR (APRIL 19, 2000). THE BID PRICE did INCLUDE TAX'S AND EVERYTHING WAS, AS EXPECTED,'EXCEPT ONE : EXPEDIA STATED I'D HAVE TO CALL THE AIRLINE DIRECT TO RESERVE MY SEAT.
AIRLINE SAID:
YOU CANNOT RESERVE A SEAT (TRANSATLANTIC) UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT! REASON GIVEN? WE DON'T HAVE THAT CAPABILITY, TO HANDLE IT OVER THE PHONE!
