Um, I think the price for all IRS forms is $0.00 and always has been. I guess it would cost you 33 cents to ask for a form in the mail, or whatever your connect time is and the cost of the paper is to print forms out if you go the computer route.

As for free tax consulting, I observe that the Motley Fool's Tax Strategies board does quite a lot of that. What they don't do is guarantee their advice, since any particular questioner may have details not posted in the message. The probability that what comes out, however, is high, since many experts are looking and will correct one another if a mistake is made. This could be different from a single point of service provider, or a computer program.
