Subject: When to roll the 401(k) and where | Date: 11/14/2000 3:29 PM
Author: cfdunton | Number: 26132 of 107812
I'm almost 63 and have been retired for two years. When should I consider rolling the 401(k) to an IRA and where would I start looking for a new home for the money? A high percentage of the total is in stock mutual funds so obviously it isn't looking too healthy right now. I don't need the money before I have to start mandatory withdrawals. Any advice or direction to good reference materials will be greatly appreciated. |
