Subject:  Deduction for apartment in different city Date:  12/3/2000  10:33 PM

My wife recently took a job as a flight attendant. We live in Florida, but she is based out of Minnesota. She has rented an apartment there for the 10 or so nights a month she will need to stay there. She is sharing it with 4 other flight attendents. Since Florida is still her primary residence, can the apartment cost be deducted somehow?
