I have a regular job that allows me to contribute to a 403(b) plan with my employer matching a portion of this. I also work a separate job as an independent contractor (self-employed) and was wondering if I can still take advantage of a SEP-IRA or SIMPLE-IRA, even though I already participate in the 403(b) ?
