The future card is issued through First Premier bank, I have only heard bad things about this bank, they charge many fees, I suggest you stay away from them. There are other banks that offer a secured card with much better terms, I suggest you try capital one, FCNB (First Consumers National Bank). And always make sure you read the terms very carefully, but as far as I have heard First Premier does not have a good reputation.

Ok I recently read about the Capital One Secure Card. They do charge an annual fee but are they a better company to dela with in terms of secured cards?
