I thought I'd share another card payment strategy.
When I make a payment (usually on line). I check & see how much I can add to make it come out to a "pretty number", like $2400 instead of 2402.39. sometimes this is an extra payment.
That adds in making it more obvious how much interest is being added the following month.

Maybe more of a Fog instead of a snowball...
(love those weather analogies).
