So, If I choose not to sell at 45 and Hess acquires 90% they can force me to sell at 45 per cayman laws?

Or Triton agrees to force me to sell at 45 if Hess does not get 90%?

If I do nothing and Hess acquires 90% does Triton become Hess?

If Triton becomes Hess and I have not sold out does Triton convert to Hess and my shares converted at value ratio to Hess?

If Hess takes over and my shares are converted are they converted at the 45/share or whatever they are trading at that day. (i.e. 5$ or 50$, etc.)

Any help would be appriciated.
