Well, I could be wrong as I'm not a banker, but the way these were always explained to me, they can go after whoever they want. They usually go after whoever is easiest first. Good luck and wait for other replies. Also, you might want to post this on the "Living with Bankruptcy" (or something similiar to that) board. e |
