Hi Fellow Fools,

Any insight appreciated!

I have a 403(b) through TIAA/CREF and I have tried to balance my allocations, with an emphasis on stocks for maximum growth.

I've read that it's a good idea to review one's allocations annually and make adjustments based on performance.

I have no idea how to go about doing this, and wonder if someone can send me in the right direction. I don't think my assets warrant a financial advisor, but I do want to make sure I'm doing the best I can with what I have.

Thanks in advance!
