Softhail: Doesn't Stanley have a partnership with Nichia using their thin LEDs for cellphones? If so, then I suspect much of the white light LEDs targeted for the cellphone biz comes from Nichia. Stanley's growing auto lighting biz may be a different story. I think Cree's SiC substrate is tough to compete against. |
