Hi Rocky! This isn't just as simple as it sounds, so I looked into one of my favorite websites: http://www.investopedia.com/ And I asked: "what is debt?" I'd like to tell you it is,... well if this, ummm, It depends,... So I just copied the various results for YOU to check out!
